what we do

Vetta offers custom days in the mountains, on rock, ice, and snow, led exclusively by guides certified by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA), the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG), or another member organization of the IFMGA/UIAGM. We also offer avalanche education, as well as technical instruction. We’re based in Washington state in the US, but we work worldwide. Whether it’s the picturesque crags around Chamonix, the Colorado Rockies, the desert sandstone of Red Rock, or the towering walls in the Dolomites—we love climbing rock with friends.

Long, varied climbs in the alpine can be some of the most rewarding experiences in the mountains. From the Rockies to the Alps, Vetta guides climb frozen waterfalls and remote walls in the high mountains. Come join us.

ski-touring & Avalanche Training

Skiing and splitboarding offer fantastic adventures in some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes. Vetta works everywhere from the remote, high Arctic; to our backyard peaks in the Colorado Rockies. We also teach avalanche courses in Colorado and Canada. Let’s get out together!
